INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Regulatory bodies and customs agents in countries outside the U.S. are restricting imports of dietary supplements. We cannot distribute our product in many foreign countries without a license from government regulators. It is difficult to arrange for direct distributors in foreign countries due to restrictive regulations.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, import policies are rapidly changing and many countries are imposing even more restrictions, we are unable to ship to these countries.

Please be aware that Longevinex has no control over delivery of the product once it leaves our shipping department.

Shipping, Taxes, and Import fees: International customers are responsible for all Shipping Costs, Taxes, Customs fees.

If your order is returned to Longevinex due to: A banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order only not the shipping charge.

Address or Other Customer Error: If a package is returned to Longevinex due to an address error or any other error made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for merchandise only not the shipping charge.

Customer Refusal: If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees or for any other reason, Longevinex will issue a refund for merchandise only not the shipping charge, upon receipt of the returned package.

Lost Packages: Lost packages must be reported to Longevinex within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Longevinex Return Policy

Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. Request for refunds must be made within 60 days of receipt of goods, NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds are for purchased goods only, SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  In regards to the free boxes of Longevinex, Advantage, Garlinex, or Garligest with a purchase of 3 or more boxes/bags, no refunds will be given unless all the boxes/bags WITH ALL THE CAPSULES are returned, partially used boxes/bags are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Mail Return To: Longevinex 4425 S. Jones Blvd.,Suite 1, Las Vegas, NV  89103.  A refund will be issued within 10 working days once return is received. All refunds will be credited back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
