Ten years ago I had a perforated bowel with sepsis and after that taking Garligest 2 capsules 3 times per day. I have never had a problem and no digestive issues. Thank you so much. My surgeon at my follow-up wanted to know what I am taking!!

I was taking antacid tablets every day for heartburn and acid reflux/belching, etc. but since I started taking Garligest I have noticed remarkable improvement and very little heartburn and sour stomach issues. I have had to use ACV before every meal for a while, it does work but can still have heartburn later in the day. Garligest offers relief that I cant begin to describe. I'm very thankful this product is offered! No need for over the counter prescription man-made drugs. This works!!

I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have found Garligest. It has helped me greatly.
In retrospect I realize that a vast majority of my health issues have been due to poor digestion, a lack of proper stomach acid in particular. In my twenties I had cancer and years of fasting and raw vegetable diets left me with weak stomach acid production and a slow metabolism in my sixties.
After taking Garligest for the past 2 years,I feel much more energy and have watched as 40 unnwanted pounds disappeared from my body over about a year of time, without my really trying.
Other Hcl products do not feel so good to me when I take them. For some reason whatever is in the Garligest or the way it is processed helps my body to utilize it with no unpleasant side effects.
I also appreciate the fact that this product is affordable on my low income budget. I have been able to give some to my friends who now love it too. Thanks again for a great product!
